In order to make your photography experience as easy and enjoyable as possible, we ask you review our Wedding Policies before booking a wedding with Trystan Photography:

Booking a Session

To book a wedding date you must pay a 1/3 deposit and sign a wedding contract (either by fax, by e-mail or by regular mail).

Upon receipt of 1/3 payment as deposit and a signed contract, Trystan Photography and Design reserves the time and date agreed upon and will not make any conflicting reservations for this time and date. For this reason the deposit is considered liquidated damages and is non-refundable and non-transferable even if the date is changed, postponed or cancelled by the client for any reason.

1/3 payment is due at signing, the 2nd 1/3 payment 2 weeks before the wedding date, and the final 1/3 payment is due the day of the wedding. No part of any service/order will be performed/delivered until the balance is paid in full.

Copyright and Studio Uses

All negatives and digital image files remain the property of Trystan Photography and Design, Trygve Bundgaard and Charlotte Chance and they may be used for advertising, internet and studio display or any other purpose within standard use practices. The release of the printing copyright for unlimited personal use of the full resolution negatives is made to the wedding client if stated as part of the wedding packages, but does not imply release of any other copyrights which remain with Trystan Photography.

Online Proofing Galleries and Ordering

Online proofing galleries and ordering is a free service provided to our wedding clients, their friends and family at no additional charge.

The proofing galleries will be made available online to aid in the completion and delivery of the client's ordered products, i.e. negatives on CD, albums, prints, etc. They will remain online a maximum of 3 mos and removed thereafter regardless whether or not the client has received all ordered product. If at that time the client requests that the proofing galleries be made available for a longer period, they will be charged is a $9.99 upload fee for every 30 day period thereafter.

Changes in Print Pricing

Periodically our labs and suppliers may change their pricing and consequently our product pricing has to change as well. In this event, the stated dollar amount of the included print credits in our wedding packages does not change regardless of an increase or decrease in our prices between the signing date and completion date a wedding contract.
